Garden Cider Co simbiotec is proud be the Technology Partner of Garden Cider Co. In all honesty The Garden Cider Co. were struggling with their in house administration. This was a direct result of the huge amount of apples being delivered to their site in Combe Lane. They were receiving in one week, what they took for all of the previous season. simbiotec offered it services to help them improve their 'In House' IT systems. To this end we have delivered a web based administration system and Android app to provide a more integrated system. The new system automatically tracks and logs customer items such as Apple Receipts and Cider Collection. Customers will receive updates to their cider allocation automatically via email. The new system will be subject to a continual and ongoing upgrade as requirements merit.
